Return and/or exchange eligibility will be determined by Vapemalls customer service with the goal to keep our customers satisfied.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received

For FDA Regulation and safety purposes, the following items are non-returnable if opened or used:

  • E-Liquids
  • Disposable Vape

You need update us by e-mail on the same day if you receive the wrong item. Our team would response in 1-3 business days. Returns must be done within 15 days from the date you purchased it.Once the product is received, we will issue you a refund back to the card used in the original order. We highly suggest adding insurance to your package when shipping back to us.

All sales are final, and the company does not offer any money-back guarantees.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers may be responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to us. We do not offer replacements as defective items will result in an issuance of credit back to your account. Adult Signature Service and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy
Vapemalls reserves the right to process refunds as it sees fit. Refunds will be processed, but not limited to canceled orders and wrong items received. If the item is defective, Vapemalls will offer a gift card only!
