About Order

After you place an order online at vapemalls.com, your order will typically process and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday After 12 PM, will not be processed Saturday or Sunday, due to our warehouse working-hours (Mon-Fri until 5PM ). Your order will go out the next following business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation to the email provided on the order with a tracking number. Please be sure to also check your spam folder as our emails are sometimes placed in that folder. Please be aware that during the holiday season and extended weekends with major holidays, order fulfillment time may be extended.

If you have tracking number, you can go to our order tracking page. If not, please feel free to contact us at info@vapemalls.com for an updated on the status of an order.

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, MasterCard and AE. We also accept PayPal payments.

You can rest assured that shopping with our website is safe. We use the most up to date security systems and encryption software to ensure your personal details such as name, address and bank details are kept safe and secure.

We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message at info@vapemalls.com with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. We will be in touch within 3 business days to resolve your issue.

Normally once you have placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, our warehouse team receives orders directly and will have already started processing your order. You need to send us e-mail to info@vapemalls.com immediately. If your order is not picked up, we can help to do that.

About Delivery

We use UPS/DHL/FEDEX/USPS to ship our deliveries in the USA. You can enjoy free shipping base on our rules, otherwise, there is a shipping fee per order base on actual cost from forwarder

We currently deliver in The USA only.

Delivery typically takes between 2-8 business days.1-2 business day for processing. 1-6 business shipping. We try out best to expedite.

We understand that you buy a product for special, time-sensitive occasions. We will do our best to deliver your package on the date specified; however, because we use a third party shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We deeply apologize for the carrier's lateness, but no refund or credit will be issued if a package arrives late.

The vapemalls team work very hard to make and deliver all our product on time. Our dedicated team will do our best for you and your loved ones to receive the products on time, Thank you.

About Return and Refund

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Wrong Item Received.
For sanitary and safety purposes, disposable vape is non-returnable if opened or used.

Customers may be responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to us. We do not offer replacements as defective items will result in an issuance of credit back to your account. Adult Signature Service and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Vapemalls reserves the right to process refunds as it sees fit. Refunds will be processed, but not limited to canceled orders and wrong items received. If the item is defective, we will offer a gift card only!
